ERISA claims are among the most technically complex healthcare recovery issues in personal injury practice, and they come up in nearly every case involving private health coverage. During the session I will walk through the framework I use to analyze and resolve these claims, including ERISA determination, funding status analysis, plan document requests, the key Supreme Court case law, and the practical leverage points that drive meaningful reductions.
