On April 16, 2026, I’ll be presenting a one-hour CLE for the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin on subrogation and lien resolution in personal injury cases.
This session is designed as a foundational training for paralegals working PI files. We’ll cover the basics of health insurance lien resolution from the ground up — how to identify lien interests early, understand which types of liens apply, and take the right steps to reduce them before final disbursement. The goal is to give paralegals a clear, practical framework for handling lien issues accurately and confidently, without the compliance exposure that comes from missing a step.
The session is open to members and non-members.
